The best birthday invites to print depend on whether you want to handwrite party details or order a personalized design. GSM Brands and Cudwid offer fill-in cards with envelopes, while Bunny Badges lets you customize a 5-by-7-inch invitation. The 4-by-6-inch “You’re Invited” set is a simple option for a smaller-format card. These listings describe printed physical invitations, not downloadable files for home printing.
| Product | Best For | Size |
|---|---|---|
| GSM Brands | Handwritten details and included envelopes | 5 x 7 inches |
| Bunny Badges | Personalized photo and event details | 5 x 7 inches |
| You’re Invited | Simple double-sided invitations | 4 x 6 inches |
| Cudwid Confetti | Handwritten details on coated paper | 4 x 6 inches |
GSM Brands Fill-In Birthday Invitations
GSM Brands is best for hosts who want ready-made birthday cards and plan to write the party information by hand. Each set includes 20 invitations and matching polka-dot envelopes. The listing describes colorful, specially crafted illustrations, giving the cards a decorative look without requiring a custom design.
The 5-by-7-inch cards fit the included A7 envelopes. The product listing says this size mails at the standard postage rate. Choose this set if a coordinated envelope and handwritten format suit your plans. Avoid it if you need a downloadable file or want the event details printed on each invitation; the cards are fill-in style.
Bunny Badges Personalized Invitations
Bunny Badges is best for buyers who want customized invitations rather than blank cards to complete by hand. The listing says you can upload a photo and add a name, date, time, location, and custom message. Cards are printed on 18-point, 350gsm smooth uncoated cardstock and measure 5 by 7 inches. Envelopes are included.
The listed order range is 15 to 200 cards, which may suit gatherings with different guest counts. Choose this option if personalization and a thicker cardstock specification matter. It is less suitable for anyone who wants a printable file to produce at home or prefers to write all details manually.
You’re Invited 4-by-6-Inch Cards
This set is best for hosts looking for a straightforward invitation in a compact format. It includes 20 double-sided, 4-by-6-inch cards and 20 envelopes with adhesive closures. The listing describes the design as simple and suitable for many party occasions.
Choose this set if you want a basic “You’re Invited” format and need matching envelopes in the package. The product details do not specify cardstock weight or whether party information is printed or handwritten, so check the listing before ordering if those details are important. The smaller size may also be less suitable if you need extra room for a long message.
Cudwid Confetti Geometric Birthday Invites
Cudwid is best for buyers who want a colorful confetti-and-geometric design in a fill-in format. The package contains 20 invitations and 20 envelopes. Each card measures 4 by 6 inches and is made from heavy-gram coated paper, which the listing describes as smooth for writing and able to present colors and details clearly.
Choose this set if you prefer smaller cards with a decorative design and plan to add event information yourself. The listing identifies these as fill-in invitations, so they are not a custom-printed alternative. The card weight is described generally rather than by a specific point or gsm measurement.
DARUNAXY Birthday Signature Guestbook
This item is not a birthday invitation, so it is not a substitute for cards sent to guests. It is best for hosts who want a large birthday keepsake for party attendees to sign. The listing describes a blue-and-silver signature board, a blank central space with stickers, and a durable finish intended for keeping. Its cover is approximately 22.8 by 14.2 inches.
Consider it as an add-on if your party plan includes collecting guest messages. The package does not include a pen, according to the listing. Avoid choosing it when your main need is invitations, envelopes, or a printable card design.
Buying Guide: How To Choose Birthday Invitations
Do you want to print at home or receive finished cards?
These products are listed as physical invitation cards or party stationery, not downloadable templates. If you specifically want to print invitations at home, look for a digital file or editable template and confirm the file format and printing instructions before buying. For ready-made cards, choose between fill-in designs and personalized printed details.
Should you choose 4-by-6 or 5-by-7 inches?
The 4-by-6-inch options from “You’re Invited” and Cudwid are compact. GSM Brands and Bunny Badges offer 5-by-7-inch cards. Compare the card dimensions with the space you need for the party information, and check envelope inclusion and size in the product listing.
How many invitations should you order?
Count households or individual guests based on how you plan to distribute invitations, then consider keeping a few extras for last-minute additions. GSM Brands and the 4-by-6-inch sets list 20 cards per package. Bunny Badges lists a customizable range from 15 to 200 cards.
What details belong on a birthday invitation?
Include the guest of honor’s name, date, start time, location, and RSVP instructions. Add relevant details such as a theme or activity when guests need to prepare. For customized cards, confirm that the chosen design provides space for the information you want included.
